The company, that serves big players such as Top 3 credit card and renowned banks, was facing a loss of control over core business functions. This was the result of a series of changes and tech partners that ultimately determined an underperformance of tools such as the travel and booking search engine on which the business is based.

A game of speed and accuracy
First, we assessed the technical needs for the engine’s improvement. Then we designed a plan to address them and executed changes and processes that revamped and transformed the engine’s performance.
After that, we turned our attention to other parts of iSeatz’s operations. We prioritized, defined, coordinated and currently implement high value-added solutions. Our main role is to act as technological partners to ensure that iSeatz serves other companies optimally with top Service Level Agreement levels, which in turn strengthens iSeatz’s reputation as a rock-solid company. To do so, we make a very strong emphasis on two main areas: DevOps and Customer Value Assurance.
DevOps and QA:

DevOps are an important part of this project because of the need to prioritize and deploy new technologies and features. Amongst our responsibilities are:
Application deployments to all environments (AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild).
Infrastructure supporting these application deployments (AWS EKS).
Improve build, test, and deploy times.
Design new CI/CD pipelines using AWS CDK.
Alert and ticketing support (Splunk On-Call, Catchpoint, Datadog, Sumo Logic).
On-call support outside business hours and weekends.
Automation deployments, ticket self-resolution, self-healing processes. (AWS Lambda, Catchpoint, Datadog, Sumo Logic)
QA:

Quality Assurance (QA) is also exceptionally important for iSeatz. They look to maximize the value that iSeatz gets from our work together by ensuring top quality.
